1. Booking Methods
Guests can make reservations at Sea Light through the following channels:
Direct booking: At the hotel’s front desk.
Phone booking: Call our hotline at 0977 455 546 for prompt assistance.
Email booking: Send a booking request to seanamihotel@gmail.com.
Online booking: Via our official website or third-party platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, etc.
2. Deposit Policy
Direct/phone/email bookings: A 30% deposit of the total booking value is required to secure the reservation.
Bookings via OTAs (Online Travel Agencies): Follow the payment policies of each respective platform.
The deposit will be deducted from the total amount payable upon check-in.
3. Check-in & Check-out Policy
Check-in time: From 14:00 on the arrival date.
Check-out time: Before 12:00 on the departure date.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur an additional charge.
4. Cancellation & Booking Modification Policy
Cancel 7 days or more before check-in: 100% refund.
Cancel 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
Cancel within 48 hours of check-in: No refund.
No-show: No refund; the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Date changes:
Free if notified at least 5 days in advance.
20% surcharge if changed within 3–4 days before check-in.
5. Special Requests & Additional Services
Guests may request room preferences such as bed type, sea view, or balcony (subject to availability).
Extra beds are available with an additional fee.
Breakfast, motorbike/car rental, and tour services are available upon request.
